Charlie is a breeder of English Setters and Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and is a passionate waterfowl and upland bird hunter. His dedication and expertise have made Michigan Wing Shooter synonymous with excellence in the field.

Charlie’s son, Chuck Linblade, is the operations manager at Michigan Wing Shooter. Chuck has been a part of the family trade since he was a child, training his first dog at just ten years old. With over 20 years of professional experience, Chuck has hunted across the United States and Canada and is well-versed in training dogs to participate in NAVHDA events. Together, Charlie and Chuck ensure that every hunt at Michigan Game Bird Preserve stands out for its quality and authenticity.
