He is a retired AKC Hunt Test Judge, a seasoned writer for Woods-N-Waters News, and a well-recognized figure in the hunting community.

His son, Chuck Linblade, plays a crucial role as the operations manager. Having trained his first dog at the age of ten under Charlie's guidance, Chuck has accumulated over 20 years of professional experience in dog training and hunting.
